Decentralized Organization
Elite XP will be governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (“DAO”).
$XP is a governance-token which means that $XP stakers are able to vote on decisions brought forward by the community and the Elite XP team. These decisions will determine how the ecosystem fund will be distributed and future product features.
Initially, the Elite XP team will hold the majority of $XP and be able to unilaterally make decisions. This prevents malicious users from disrupting the platform during the early stages of development. As more $XP is released through "Play to Earn" and "Marketing and Rewards", Elite XP's stake will be diluted, and eventually the team will lose its majority.
